The Lake Express Ferry
The Lake Express Ferry offers visitors to Milwaukee a fast, convenient alternative to flying or driving to the city. This state-of-the-art vessel began service in June of 2004 and links Milwaukee with Muskegon, Michigan.
Takes two and one-half hours, offering passengers a faster and more direct route than driving south around Lake Michigan through the Chicago area.
Three round trip passages throughout the summer and two during the spring and fall.
Features on-board dining, wide comfortable seating, a business class cabin, modern restrooms, and uninterrupted use of cell phones, laptops and other electronic devices.

14 total departures between Chicago and Milwaukee, and direct departures between Minneapolis/St. Paul daily. Connections can be made through Chicago to over 500 cities nationwide.

Greyhound
Greyhound operates over a dozen daily buses between Chicago and Milwaukee, including late-night and early-morning service. Greyhound also operates routes to Madison, Green Bay, Appleton, Kenosha, and many other points within Wisconsin, plus several daily trips to Minneapolis and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
