The Harley-Davidson Museum is roaring into Milwaukee in 2008. This one-of-a-kind facility will bring the legend to life through exhibits and stories of the extraordinary people, culture and history of Harley-Davidson. Highlights include a 1920s board track and a chronological procession of Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

In August 2006 Potawatomi Bingo Casino broke ground on a $240 million expansion project - the most ambitious project taken up by the Casino since the opening of this premiere attraction in Milwaukee in 1991. When completed in 2008, the expansion will triple the size of the casino to 780,000 square feet.

Discovery World is the first complex in the nation to connect our natural world, with special emphasis on freshwater resources and the Great Lakes, to our human-made world through innovation, exploration, discovery and technology. Fresh and saltwater aquariums and touch tanks, maritime history displays, hands-on labs and learning stations and changing displays invite exploration.

 

The Milwaukee Public Market tempts taste buds with locally grown and organic produce, meat, poultry, seafood, cheese and locally-produced specialty items. This colorful market is located in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward and features an on-site café and professional kitchen offering cooking classes taught by Milwaukee's culinary masters. Summer brings an opportunity to experience its weekend outdoor Farmer's Market.

Wisconsin's first IMAX dome is now the state's largest and most technologically-advanced planetarium, the Daniel M. Soref Planetarium. The Milwaukee Public Museum added state-of-the-art, full-dome digital video capabilities to the Humphrey IMAX Dome Theater for the ride of a lifetime on this thrilling trip through the cosmos.

Bayshore Town Center has transformed one of Milwaukee's popular shopping malls into a pedestrian- friendly destination of approximately one million square feet of retail, office and living space, upscale restaurants and inviting green space.
